Ormastoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the ormastoto platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of the platform.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ormastoto platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the entirety of the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ormastoto as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The ormastoto platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on ormastoto. Registering multiple accounts, using a false identity, or providing inaccurate information during registration constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure without notice.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. ormastoto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure from unauthorised parties.
The following information is required at the time of registration:
- Full name as per a valid government-issued identification document.
- An active, verifiable Malaysian phone number.
- Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
- A strong, unique password for your ormastoto account.
Ormastoto reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or for accounts showing unusual activity.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the ormastoto platform, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules and not to use this platform for any unlawful or unethical purpose. Specifically, you are not permitted to:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Manipulating the system, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Distributing offensive or threatening content, or content that infringes the rights of other individuals, through the platform.
- Accessing another user's account without the account owner's authorisation.
Any breach of the above rules entitles ormastoto to suspend or close your account immediately, and in serious cases, to report the activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ormastoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the third-party payment provider used by the user.
Currently supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX and the Touch 'n Go e-wallet. ormastoto reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue support for any payment method at any time without prior notice.
To make a withdrawal, users must meet the following requirements:
- The account must have completed the full identity verification process.
- There are no betting or deposit activities currently pending review.
- The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold set by the platform.
- For accounts that have received a bonus, the rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
Ormastoto reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the user will be contacted for further verification.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ormastoto platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ormastoto is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
Ormastoto makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or cyberattacks. That said, we are committed to maintaining consistent uptime and take appropriate security measures to protect the platform and user data.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ormastoto platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ormastoto or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from ormastoto.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment gateways, or verification services. ormastoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ormastoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, bot usage, or any other activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are suspended for administrative reasons will be contacted via email for further clarification.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ormastoto customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once the standard verification process is completed, provided there are no outstanding claims or terms violations.
Changes to These Terms
Ormastoto reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
